on thursday nights, at one of silverlake wine's weekly wine tastings, the guerrilla tacos food truck parks out front and serves up their fare. #wineandtacos should really be a thing.
dover sole taco with raw tomatillo chile, pickled radish and cilantro.
the menu changes daily, but we recently had their dover sole taco, sirloin and sea urchin taco and propeller clam tostada. the ingredients were so fresh, and the flavor combinations so unique! the highlight was definitely the sirloin and urchin - i was worried one would overpower the other, but they worked really well together. one of those the-whole-is-greater-than-the-sum-of-its-parts situations.

they are busy on thursday nights, but don't let that deter you. the silverlake wine staff are super friendly, and the vibe is super chill. plus, you really can't go wrong with wine and tacos.
